一株七彩鸟肺炎克雷伯菌同时产TEM和SHV型β-内酰胺酶的基因型鉴定 被引量:2

Genotypic identification of TEM-type and SHV-type β-lactamase produced by a K.pneumoniae clinical isolate from Qicai bird

摘要 用全自动细菌鉴定系统鉴定分离菌,用表型确证试验法检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs),并分别用TEM、SHV、CTX-M3种特异性引物进行PCR扩增、基因克隆及测序分析,确定分离菌所产β-内酰胺酶的基因型和基因亚型。结果表明:分离菌为产ESBLs的肺炎克雷伯菌,具有多重耐药特性,其质粒上具有TEM序列和SHV序列,基因亚型分别TEM-1型和SHV-11型。 Genotype and subtype of β-1actamase produced by pathogen isolated from Qicai bird were determined by PCR,gene cloning and sequence analysis with TEM- type,SHV- type and CTX-M-type encoding genes after the isolate was identificated with the VITEK-32 and detected by the CLSI phenotypic confirmatory test for ESBL production. The results revealed that the isolate was ESBLs-producing klebsiella pneumoniae and multdrug resistant. The stain carried TEM- type and SHV- type gene,its gene subtypes were TEM-1 type β-lactamase and SHV- type extendedspectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) respectively.
