随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,作为企业发展的核心因素,人才受到越来越多的重视,而企业培训在提高人才素质方面的作用尤为突出。文章深入探讨了企业培训信息化的重要作用,总结项目经验,研究了建设企业培训信息化平台的一般方法、步骤,并从技术层面分析了开发环境和相关技术。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, as a core element of enterprise development, human resources are more and more importance, and enterprise training to improve the quality of human resources becomes essential. This article discusses in depth training of the important role of information, at the conclusion of the project based on experience, research of building information-based platform for enterprise training in general methods and procedures, and analysis from the technical aspects of the development environment and related technologies.
