摘要
本文应用余弦模型对河南省流脑季节性特征进行了分析。结果表明,流脑菌苗接种后,流脑发病率已降至较低水平,流行期明显延长,为1~5月份,病例呈更趋分散状态。但季节性发病高峰无明显变化,仍在3月份,提示目前流脑菌苗接种应在12月上旬以前完成。
An analysis on the seasonal features of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis during 1975-1995 by using cosine model was carried out in Henan province.The results showed that after the inoculation group A menigococcal polysaccharid vaccine,the incidence rate of this disease was decreased to a lower level,epidemic period was delayed to January-May,the patients were disperse in the whole county.There was no significant variation of seasonal peak,it was still in March.The authors suggested that it was neccssary to completed the inoculation group A menigococcal polysaccharid vaccine in the first ten days of December in every year.The significance of the Cosine model in the analysis of the difference in epidemic peak period was discussed.
