摘要
为直观了解未来可能遇到的大风浪状况及对未来航线安全做出可靠评价,提出一种灾害性天气规避及航行方案选优系统.该系统根据多年来对网上气象信息的跟踪和研究,结合有关船舶驾驶员的问卷调查,使用风险分析理论和技术,利用VC++语言编程实现船舶-大风浪区动态显示和航线风险评价及选优等功能.仿真结果表明,该系统的结果与多位具有丰富远洋航行经验的船长研究讨论的结果基本一致.该系统可为船舶绕避灾害性天气系统时的航线选择提供重要的参考依据.
To directly understand the situations of strong wind and huge waves may be encountered in the future while evaluating the safety of future route, a disaster weather avoiding and optimal sailing route selection system was proposed. Based on tracing and studying meteorological information for years on internet, the system realized such functions, as dynamic display of ship-disaster sea area, route risk evaluation, excellent selection, etc, using VC + + language and combining questionnaires to ship officers with the risk analysis theory and technique. Simulations show that the result from the proposed system matches well with that discussed by a group of experienced captains, which can provide important reference to optimal route selection for avoiding disaster weather.
