氦氖激光照射对鼓室成形术后干耳的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察氦氖激光照射对鼓室成形术后干耳的疗效。方法:对60例患有慢性中耳炎行鼓室成形术的病人,随机分为两组,一组为激光照射组,即实验组,另一组为对照组。实验组于术后抽出纱条后第2日开始每日换药时行一次氦氖激光术腔照射15分钟,对照组则不给予氦氖激光照射,其他治疗方法相同,观察两组术后干耳时间。结果:氦氖激光照射组患者术后干耳时间为17±3天,对照组患者术后干耳时间为21±3天,两组间经统计学检验,p<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:氦氖激光照射对鼓室成形术后干耳有明显的促进作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect on the drying ear processes after tympanoplasty with He-Ne laser irradiation.Methods: The total 60 patients who had performed tympanoplasty because of chronic otitis media were divided two groups incidentally,one group were irradiated with He-Ne laser after tympanoplasty,the other group were therapyed only by routine methods.Results: The time of drying ear processes in the group which were irradiated with He-Ne laser were 17±3 days.The time of drying ear processes in the group which were therapyed only by routine methods were 21±3 days.There was a significant difference between the two groups (p0.05).Conclusion : Irradiation with He-Ne laser ean promote the processes of drying ear after tympanoplasty.
