摘要
采用特性粘数(0.645±0.010)dL/g的聚酯熔体直接纺丝生产130 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶FDY。结果表明:采用36 f的扁平形喷丝板,适当提高组件初始压力,控制纺丝温度287℃,侧吹风速度0.5 m/s,油辊转速40 r/min,第一、二热辊温度分别为92,132℃,生产的FDY满卷率为80.9%,断裂强度为3.31 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为30.01%。
A flat polyester FDY of 130 dtex/36 f was prepared from polyester melt with the intrinsic viscosity of (0. 645 ± 0. 010) dL/g via direct spinning process. The results showed that the polyester FDY with the full-package rate of 80.9% , break- ing strength 3.31 cN/dtex, elongation at break 30.01% can be produced using a 36 f fiat spinneret by appropriately increasing the initial pressure of the spinning pack and controlling the spinning temperature 287 ℃, quench air speed 0.5 m/s, rotating rate of oiling roller 40 r/min and the first and second hot roller temperature 92 ℃ and 132 ℃, respectively.
