乳酸菌培养基-菠萝皮汁与MRS的对比试验 被引量:8

摘要 以植物乳杆菌为发酵菌种,对菠萝皮汁和MRS两种培养基进行了对比试验,结果表明:植物乳杆菌在两种培养基中的生长速度、产酸能力和最大活菌数在方面均无显著性差异,菠萝皮汁替代MRS培养基作为乳酸菌发酵培养基具有可行性。 Lactobacillus plantarum was used for fermentation in this paper and two kinds of medium (juice of pineapple peel and MRS) were compared for culture of Lactobacillus plantarum. The results showed Rat, Lactobacillus plantarum showed similar growth velocity, fermented ability and maximum viable count in pineapple peel juice with in MRS, indicating that pineapple peel juice can be used as a novel culture medium for Lactobacillus instead of MRS Medium.
