摘要
以哈尔滨为例,探讨城市土地生态安全评价方法。针对哈尔滨城市土地利用现状特点,以"压力—状态—响应"理论构建城市土地生态安全评价指标体系。由于城市土地生态安全评价的灰色性,采用灰关联分析法构建城市土地生态安全评价模型,并从宏观上对2000~2005年哈尔滨城市土地生态安全程度进行评价。结果表明,2000~2005年土地生态均处于基本安全水平;2000~2002年土地生态安全水平略有下降,但2003~2005年土地生态安全水平呈增加趋势,说明其城市土地生态安全水平不断改善;存在人口密度、工业用地比重偏高,绿地覆盖率、建筑容积率、人均居住面积、空气质量达二级率等偏低不安全因素,制约城市土地生态安全水平进一步提高。
Chooses Harbin to be the researched object, discusses ecological security of urban land index system, and aims at the urban land actuality trait to establish ecological security of urban land index system based on PSR. Considering the grey character of security evaluation of urban land ecology, the paper makes use of grey relation analysis theory to establish ecological security of urban land index system to maeroscopically judge of ecological security of urban land degree of harbin during 2000-2005. The result shows the urban land environment state of harbin is comparative safety during 2000-2005, and ecological security of urban land of harbin is decrease during 2000-2002, then during 2003-2005 is increase. From this case, accounts for ecological security of urban land level and circumstance of harbin continually enhances and improves. But for example population density, the proportion of industrial land, the rate of green land, volume of fraction of building, per person area of reside etc. insecurity ingredient are relative high that threaten the urban land environment safety.
