摘要
改革开放以来,在我国东部沿海迅猛发展、西部大开发和振兴东北老工业基地的三重夹击下,呈现出了"中部塌陷"的局面。中央做出的"促进中部地区崛起"的战略决策为中部地区的发展提供了契机,中部各省应充分抓住这一历史机遇,实现自身跨越式发展对中部崛起战略提出的时代背景以及中部地区在发展中存在的问题进行了分析,对中部地区的发展提出了建议和对策。
Since the reform and opening policy implemented, under the condition of the rapid economic development in eastern-coastal region, western exploitation and rebuilding the northeast old industry base,the strategy of ＂promoting central areas＂ rising＂provides an opportunity for the development of the central-area. At the moment of the new circumstances, the provinces of central-area must grab this precious historical opportunity to realize the rapid development. This article analyzes the background of ＂central areas rising＂ and the problems of central-area in development, as well as, provides several recommendations and countermeasures for central-area＇s development on this basis.
