摘要
提出了一种用于安全带预紧器的新型离合机构,并以Tokai-Rika 85PT安全带的机械构架为基础,应用此离合机构开发了一套新型预紧式汽车安全带DN08。利用MADYMO工程软件建立了正面碰撞仿真模型,从假人运动姿态和头、胸部伤害响应值等方面对比了两种安全带系统对乘员的保护效果。研究结果表明,新型安全带系统能够较好地降低各项人体伤害指标,具有更为突出的乘员保护效果。
A new clutch used for pretensioner of safety belt was metioned here. Based on the clutch and the mechanical structure of belt Tokai-- Rika 85PT, a new safety belt was developed. Then, a MADYMO frontal impact model was built and used to compare the occupant protection effectiveness of the belt restraint systems in terms of simulating occupant kinematics, chest and head injury responses. The results show that the new safety belt can significantly reduce the injury responses and has better protection Derformance.
