摘要
阐述了"以人为本"的定义,从以读者为本、与读者沟通、为读者服务以及对馆员的人文关怀等几方面,探讨了"以人为本"在高校图书馆中的运用。
This paper elaborates the definition of people-based concept,and probes into the applications of people-based concept in university library from aspects of the reader-based concept,the communication with readers,the service for readers,and the humanistic care for librarians,etc.
