阐述了长春市有线电视数字化整体转换的情况,介绍了数字电视的服务功能,指出数字电视可延伸图书馆的服务平台,图书馆可利用数字电视开展新的服务项目。
This paper expounds the situation of digitalization transition of cable TV in Changchun City, introduces the service function of digital TV, and point out that digital TV can expand the service platform of library and library can use digital TV to develop new service items.
