摘要
研究H2O2漂白过程中4种活化剂对纸浆白度、黏度和卡伯值的影响。结果发现TAED促进白度增加最明显,而黏度、卡伯值降低不大;1-10菲啰啉在较少用量(0.2%)时促进效果最好,但纸浆黏度和卡伯值下降太多,所以选择应该慎重;乙酰胺作为活化剂在足够用量和时间时能达到TAED的效果,因此是一种实用的活化剂。
In peroxide hydrogen bleaching, four activators which can cause the pulp＇s brightness improving, viscosity and kappa number reducing to put into the pulp with peroxide hydrogen and sodium hydroxide are compared. TAED is excellent, because the brightness improvement is the most, the viscosity and kappa number decrements are acceptable. However, it should be cautious to choose 1-10 phenanthroline as an activator, because the viscosity reduces quickly though the brightness can be improved more than others in little dosage（0.2%）. Acetamide is an applied activator in peroxide hydrogen bleaching for it can get same effects as TAED if time and dosage are enough.
