催化剂对苯酚与邻烯丙基苯酚反应的影响

摘要 苯酚与邻烯丙基苯酚在催化剂作用下,发生FriedelCrafts烷基化反应,生成双酚化合物1,2二(2羟基苯基)丙烷(Ⅰ)和1(2羟基苯基)2(4羟基苯基)丙烷(Ⅱ)的混和物(简称双酚P).考察了催化剂对该反应的产率和产物中(Ⅰ)/(Ⅱ)比例的影响.选择产率较高和产物中(Ⅱ)比例较大的硅钨酸为催化剂,经正交试验法确定了最佳反应条件,产率达到845%. A mixture of bisphenol was obtained through Friedel Crafts alkylation of phenol with o allyl phenol.This bisphenol mixture(named bisphenol P)was mainly composed of 1,2 bis(2 hydroxyphenyl)propane and 1 (2 hydroxyphenyl) 2 (4 hydroxyphenyl)propane.The influence of catalyst on the yield of bisphenol P and the ratio of ortho isomers to para isomers was investigated.By orthogonal design,the optimum condition of preparing bisphenol P was given.Silicotungstic acid was chosen as catalyst according to the high yield and high proportion of para isomer.
