摘要
青岛市通过将社区卫生服务纳入医疗保险支付,将糖尿病纳入社区管理,不仅降低了患者的个人经济负担,而且可以引导居民充分利用社区卫生机构的预防保健、健康教育等功能,达到糖尿病预防和控制的目的。同时,针对目前存在的问题提出了相关政策建议。
A key role to prevention and control of diabetes is to use community-based comprehensive measures. In Qingdao, the community health services for preventing and treating a diabetes patient have been integrated into urban medical insurance. This not only enables to reduce financial burden of individual, but also to guide the residents make full use of the community health institutions functions, like health prevention and health education, in order to achieve the aim of diabetes prevention and control. A policy recommendation is drawn from the study results.
