摘要
通过文献分析和规范研究,分别从承租方、出租方、以及患者角度阐述了公立医疗机构引进大型医疗设备融资租赁的必要性,并指出了目前公立医院融资租赁存在的问题。结合文献资料的研究成果分别从公立医院、租赁公司、政府责任角度给出了引导、规范公立医院融资租赁的对策和建议。
Through the study of literature and standard anlysis, this essayanalysed the necessity of financial-leasing of large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals, from the aspects of the lessees, lessors, patients with a detailed evaluation. Concluding that the current problems of financial leasing in public hospitals combined with the literature research, from public hospitals, leasing companies and the government, this article gives the countermeasures and suggestions to guide and standardize the financial lease of public hospitals.
