摘要
固定资产是医院经营的重要物质基础,管理好固定资产,对于降低医疗服务成本,提高医院经营效益至关重要。但在现实中医院固定资产管理还存在诸多问题,如重钱轻物、制度不健全、闲置与不足并存、监管不力、管理意识淡薄等。如何实现好医院固定资产管理是医院加强经济管理工作的重要课题,本文就此问题进行了有益的探索。
Hospital operating fixed assets is an important material basis for better management of fixed assets. To reduce health care costs and improve operational effectiveness of the hospital is essential. But in reality, the management of Chinese medicine hospital in fixed assets also has many problems, such as money to light weight materials, systems, idle and less than co-exist, the lack of supervision, management and other weak consciousness. How to achieve better management of hospital fixed assets to strengthen hospital management of important economic issues is also represented in this essay.
