摘要
在制冷工质替代工程中,研究纳米粒子在矿物基冷冻机油中的分散稳定性对于解决氢氟烃(HFC)类工质与矿物基冷冻机油之间的相溶性问题有非常重要的意义.通过3组实验,分析了分散剂对纳米TiO2矿物基冷冻机油分散稳定性的重要作用,并比较了不同种类、不同质量百分含量的分散剂对纳米TiO2矿物基冷冻机油分散稳定性的影响.实验结果表明:当纳米TiO2的质量百分含量为0.1%、选择0.5%~0.7%的Span-80作为分散剂时,制备出的纳米TiO2矿物基冷冻机油的分散稳定性较为理想.
In the process of refrigerant replacement, it is necessary to research on the dispersion and stability of nano-particles in the mineral-base refrigeration oil to solve the miscibility problem between the HFCs refrigerant and the mineral refrigeration oil. In this article, through three group experiments, the analyses show that the dispersant agent has the significance to the dispersion and stability of nano-TiO2/mineral-base refrigeration oil. The different influence with different types and quality percentage dispersants to nano-TiO2/mineral-base refrigeration oil are compared respectively. The result indicates that taking 0.5 % --0.7 % Span-80 as the dispersant agent when the nano-TiO2 quality percentage is 0.1% the ideal nano-TiO2/mineral base refrigeration oil can be prepared.
