摘要
以水葫芦为原料进行固液分离,在室温条件下,采用二级和五级连续发酵工艺对其汁液进行发酵产沼气的试验。试验发酵HRT(水力滞留时间)设为20 d,试验运行结果表明:水葫芦汁液产气较稳定,二级发酵的产气量为1.93 ml/g,高于五级发酵的产气量为1.3 ml/g;二级发酵的汁液经过兼性好氧处理后,再经过化学或者生物处理,能达到国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放三级标准(GB 18918-2002);生物处理好于化学处理,能够解决单相发酵过程中水葫芦体积膨胀、容积大、出料困难和两相消化酸化阶段消耗大量的水等问题。
After separating the solid and liquid of E.crassipes, the liquid is used for biogas generation, the liquid was studied by two-stage and five-stage anerobic continuous digestion at ambient temperation, 20 days of HRT, The result showed the biogas yield was stable and the average biogas yield of two-stage anerobic digestion was 1.93 mL/g which is more than that of five-stage(1.3 mL/g), after fermenting the juice by chemical and biologic diposal ,they could reach the standard of the town's dirty water qulity(GB 18918-2002).The biologic disposal is superior than the chemical disposal, so they could overcome the problems of big volume, difficult discharge of residues in one-phase fermentation and could also solve the problem of large water consumption in two phase fermentation.
