摘要
建立某涡轮第五级盘-片的三维有限元模型,对紧急启动过程进行瞬态热弹塑性分析,计算中综合考虑了多种复杂载荷和接触非线性,获得紧急启动过程中轮盘及叶片危险部位的温度、应力时间历程,分析了温度场和应力场特点,提出了运行管理和改进设计的建议。结果可为涡轮结构疲劳寿命预测提供依据。
The 3-dimensional model of the fifth blade-disc of a certain turbine has been created and the transient thermo-elastic-plastic analysis during the imperative starting of the turbine is carried out, and the non-linear behavior of the contact problem and complicated multi-loads have been taken into account. The T--t and S--t curve of the dangerous parts of turbine disc-blade during the startup have been obtained. The special features of the temperature and the stress fields have been analyzed, accompanied by recommendations for design improvement and for the running and managing process. The results may serve as a reference for fatigue life predictions of turbines.
