摘要
乡村善治是乡村治理的内涵目标。善治理论的本质内涵,发展社会主义民主政治、依法治国基本方略的宏观背景以及乡村治理失效的现实,决定了民主法治必然是乡村善治的价值性要素。民主法治对于实现乡村善治具有重要的内涵价值。依托农村民主法治建设,是推进乡村善治的一项重要举措。
Good governance of rural areas is the connotative objectives of governance in villages and the essence of the good governance theory. The macro - background of the basic principles of developing socialist democracy and running the country according to law, together with the reality of rural governance failure, determine that the democracy and the rule of law inevitably be the valuable elements of good governance in rural areas. Democracy and the rule of law have an important intrinsic value for achieving good rural governance. Relying on rural democracy and the rule of law is an important measure to promote the good governance in rural areas.
