摘要
溪洛渡水电站大坝拱肩槽开挖地质条件复杂,开挖要求高。本文围绕提高拱肩槽开挖质量,采用对施工设备进行改造、加强施工过程的控制,形成了拱肩槽开挖的精细爆破施工工艺,初步建立精细爆破管理体系。爆破开挖形成的建基面光滑平整,平均超欠挖、平整度、半孔的整体合格率分别为97.2%、98.8%、99.8%,采用钻孔声波法检测平均爆破影响深度均在1.0m以内,整体质量达到优秀水平。开挖实践表明,采用传统的施工设备也完全可以达到精细爆破的技术要求。
Regarding the complicated geological conditions and high quality requirements for the excavation of spandrel groove in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, this paper discussed the establishment of precision blasting construction technology and its preliminary management system by modifying the involved equipment and reinforcing the construction process control for improving the excavation quality. The blasting resulted in a smooth foundation plane, with the average under and over break, smoothness and half-hole rate being at the level of 97.2%, 98.8% and 99.8%, respectively. The blasting also showed that its average influencing depth, which was monitored by the method of drilling acoustic wave, was in the range of 1.0 meter, suggesting an excellent blasting excavation. The excavation practice also showed that the adoption of conventional construction equipment could meet the whole technical requirements of precision blasting.
