摘要
利用DBU选择性络合高碳富勒烯和C70,从粗富勒烯中分离得到了纯度99%的C60,通过单因素方法对其工艺条件进行了研究,考察了溶剂种类、溶剂体积、反应温度、反应时间、反应物料比对C60纯度和回收率的影响,得到了分离C60的较优工艺条件:200 mg自制粗富勒烯,DBU与富勒烯质量比1:1,甲苯20 mL,反应温度10℃,反应时间8h,所得C60的纯度和回收率分别为99%、75%。
C60 was separated from crude fullerenes by selective complexation method with DBU, and reaction conditions affecting purity and recovery of C60 were investigated by single factor method. The optimal reaction conditions with purity of 99% and recovery of 75% of C60 were: 200 mg serf-prepared crude fuUerenes, 1:1 weight ratio of DBU and fullerenes, toluene 20 mL, I0 ℃ of reaction temperature, 8 h of react/on time.
