摘要
不同的温度、福尔马林浓度、灭活的时间以及灭活菌液的浓度均可影响中华鳖嗜水气单胞菌的灭活。本研究得到了菌液浓度为60×108cfu/ml时的9种灭活方法。通过琼脂双扩散试验对灭活菌液抗原性比较,认为28℃、0.2%的福尔马林灭活2d为鳖嗜水气单胞菌较理想的灭活方法。
The inactivation of Aeromonas hydrophila of softshelled turtles, Trionyx sinensis , was influenced by different temperatures, concentrations of formalin, inactivating lengths and numbers of bacteria in 0.8% of PS. Nine inactivating methods were obtained when the concentration of bacteria was 60×10 8 cfuml. After the antigenicities of those bacterins were compared by double diffusion test, the inactivating method to strain T3 with 0.2% of formalin at 28 ℃ for 2 d was the optimal one of all.
