摘要
目的观察回药爱康方及其协同化疗药对Lewis肺癌小鼠血清VEGF、CD44V6表达的影响。方法将50只C57BL/6小鼠常规接种Lewis肺癌细胞,24h后随机分荷瘤模型组、单纯化疗药组、回药低剂量组、回药低剂量加化疗药组、回药高剂量加化疗药组。治疗后观察各组脾脏、胸腺和瘤体质量;用ELASA法检测各组VEGF、CD44V6的表达差异。结果①与荷瘤模型组比较,其余各组瘤质量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与单纯化疗药组比较,回药低剂量组、回药低剂量加化疗药组、回药高剂量加化疗药组瘤质量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与回药低剂量组比较,回药低剂量加化疗药组、回药高剂量加化疗药组瘤质量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②与单纯化疗组比较,各组脾脏指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);除回药低剂量加化疗药组外,其余各组胸腺指数与单纯化疗组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③各组VEGF、CD44V6与化疗组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爱康方协同化疗抑瘤效果、降低血清VEGF、CD44V6表达效果优于单纯化疗,且爱康方可以降低化疗后免疫抑制。
Objective To explore the effects of " Aikang Decoction" on the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in Lewis lung carcinoma mice. Methods The model mice were randomly divided into model group, chemotherapy group, low-dose group, low-dose with therapy group and high-dose with chemotherapy group. After treatments, the weights of tumor, spleen and thymus were observed, and the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in model mice were observed. Results The experimental study showed that "Aikang Decoction" could increase the weights of the spleen and thymus after chemotherapy; "Aikangfang Decoction" combined chemotherapy could obviously decrease the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in the ceils and inhibit the growth of tumor. Conclusion "Aikang Decoction" can facilitate chemotherapy in the treatment of tumor and reduce the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 to relieve immnosuppression.
