摘要
针对三峡工程溢流坝表孔设计体型,通过减压模型试验研究了其空化特性。成果表明:WES曲线坝面为免空蚀体型;挑流鼻坎有弱空化发生,但空蚀的可能性不大;工作门槽有蒸汽型空化发生,其强度随工作水头增大而加大,通过对双门槽布置的优化,使其空化特性得到明显改善。原型观测的成果与模型试验成果基本一致,表孔过流面未出现明显空化,发生空蚀破坏的可能性很小。
Vacuum tank test of Three Gorges surface spillway was conducted to study the flow cavitation. Results indicated that the WES profile is of cavitation-free type, that weak cavitation occurs at the tip of bucket lip with a negligibly low possibility of cavitation erosion, and that steam cavitation appears within the slots of working gate and becomes intensive when the working head increases. Through optimization of the double slots design, the cavitation behaviors can be significantly improved. By comparison, the results of prototype observation and model test are nearly identical. Up to now, no obvious flow cavitation has been detected in the prototype surface spillway where the possibility of cavitation damage is extremely low.
