微波热疗联合普鲁卡因合剂治疗急性放射性食管炎253例疗效分析

摘要 放疗是目前治疗胸部恶性肿瘤等综合治疗的重要手段。由于食管位于纵膈内，身体中线附近，又毗邻心脏、脊髓等重要器官，在胸部恶性肿瘤放射野的设计中很难将其完全避开。随着三维适形放疗和调强放疗的开展，食管的放疗受量已较普通放疗剂量有所下降，但在放疗过程中患者仍有不同程度的放射性食管炎的发生，给肿瘤放疗患者带来很大的痛苦，不仅影响患者饮食营养的摄取，而且会导致睡眠及思想情绪的波动，甚至致使部分患者很难规律或完整的完成整个放疗计划，影响了患者的放疗效果。
