摘要
基于铣削加工的特点,建立了以最低生产成本为目标函数,以机床功率、表面质量、刀具寿命和进给速度为约束条件的铣削用量优化数学模型,结合铣削实例对铣削用量进行优化。
Based on the features of milling, a mathematic model for optimization of milling parameters is established. In witch the object function is based on the minimum cost of process,and the constraints based on machine tool power,the surface quality, the tool life and feed speeds, the milling parameters are optimized in milling example.
