摘要
采用振动时效(VSR)来降低焊接残余应力,并利用盲孔法对焊接残余应力进行测试,推导出VSR处理前、后残余应力值的计算公式,最终实现VSR降低大型焊接件残余应力的定量分析应用研究,为同类工程消除残余应力提供了范例和经验,对VSR技术的发展及其在大型焊接结构件上的应用有着极大的推动作用。
This article adopts vibration aging to reduce welding residual stress,and uses blind hole method to test this stress,then deduces calculation formulas of residual stress values before and after using vibration aging.This article ultimately achieves the application study on quantitative analysis of reducing the residual stress in large welded parts by vibration aging.It not only provides examples and experiences to eliminate residual stress for similar projects,but also greatly promotes the development and the application of vibration aging in large welded structure.
