摘要
目的:为保证门诊收费工作的质量和效率,提高门诊收费处的管理水平,实现管理的信息化。方法:设计并开发了基于RFID的门诊收费处综合管理系统并投入使用。结果:通过该系统可以有效地实现门诊收费处的考勤、排班、奖金分配、人员管理、数据统计和报表打印等。结论:该系统功能完整,实用性强,提高了门诊收费处管理的信息化水平,对调动员工的积极性和提高工作效率都具有重要的意义。
Objective To enhance the quality and efficiency of the outpatient cashier service. Methods A comprehensive outpatient cashier management system based on RFID was developed and put into use. Pursuits The system could be used in outpatient cashier department for attendance checking, schedule management, bonus distribution, personnel management, data statistics and report printing. Conclusion The comprehensive outpatient cashier management system can improve the efficiency of the outpatient department.
