摘要
基于人工智能控制的经验,提出了一种模糊控制与自适应PID控制相结合的人工智能炉温控制器,它吸取模糊控制和PID控制的优点,互补其缺点,所设计的控制系统具有快速、无超调、无静差、鲁棒性好的控制特性.实践表明,这种控制器用于大功率、纯滞后、时变的非线性被控对象,如炉温等一类控制中是十分有效的.
Based on artificial intelligent control experience, a kind of mixed artificial intelligent (AI) furnace temperature controller is proposed; it combines fuzzy control with self-tuning PID control. It possessed of advantage of fuzzy control and PID control. This device is of good quality in stabilization and static errors; it shows a great efficiency in temperature control for some nonlinear objects ,such as great power, pure delay and alternative.
