摘要
目的探讨华蟾素注射液联合化疗药物对原发性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）治疗的疗效。方法120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。两组均采用：紫杉醇135mg／m^2，dl；顺铂25mg／m^2，d1-3，静滴，21d为1疗程，连续2疗程。治疗组加用华蟾素20mL／d，静滴。结果治疗组有效率为51．8％，对照组为30．0％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），在缓解疼痛及KPS评分等方面治疗组均优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论华蟾素注射液联合化疗药物可提高疗效，改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutics effect of Bufonin injection combined with chemotherapeutics on the primary NSCLC. Methods 120 cases of patients were divided in to two groups. In the control group, the patients were given 2 courses of paclitaxe 135mg/m^2 dl; Cisplatin 25mg/m^2 d1-3; and the patients in the treatment group were given additional bufonin injection 20mL/d. Results The effective power was 51.8% in the treatment group compared to 30.0% in the contral group （P〈0.05）; In the treatment group, the pain was relieved and the KPS score was improved （P〈0.05）. Condusions Bufonin injection combined with chemotherapeutics could improve the curative effect.
