摘要 本研究将地面压裂技术移植井下,结合煤矿生产实际情况,研究开发了煤矿井下定向压裂增透消突成套技术和装备。工业性试验结果表明,通过井下对煤体定向压裂增透,煤层透气性系数提高成百上千倍,瓦斯抽采率达到45%以上,煤体应力得到充分释放,降低了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,为单一低渗煤层区域瓦斯治理和煤层气开发开辟了一条新的途径。 In this research report, the application of fracturing technology is transplanted from surface use down to underground coal mines. With the actual conditions of coal production in underground coal mines, a complete set of technology and related equipment are developed for directional fracturing to increase seam permeability and eliminate mine gas outbursts. Experi- ments at industrial scales produce the results indicating the permeability increase oriented direc- tional fracturing on virgin coal body increase the coal seam permeability coefficient by hundreds of times, which allow for high rate of mine gas extraction and/or drainage as high as over 45 % and the stress in coal body is released sufficiently. This greatly reduces the danger of outbursts of coal and coal seam gas. The application of this technology opens up a new way for local seam gas control in low permeability single coal seams and the development of coal seam gas.
