地塞米松预防腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察麻醉诱导前静注地塞米松能否有效预防腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的发生。方法:选择50例ASAI～II级全麻妇科腹腔镜择期手术病人,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例。试验组在全麻诱导前1分钟静脉给予地塞米松10mg,而对照组则静注生理盐水。观察术后24h两组患者恶心呕吐的情况。结果:A组患者恶心呕吐发生率(28%)明显低于B组(68%)。结论:地塞米松能有效预防腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的发生。
