干湿循环下硫酸根在混凝土中的传输规律研究 被引量:9

摘要 按一定周期将混凝土试件在硫酸钠溶液中浸泡后再风干形成干湿循环作用,通过钻芯、分层切片、研磨提取水泥石粉末样本进行化学分析,测定不同龄期、不同深度混凝土中的硫酸根离子含量,研究了不同侵蚀龄期、不同硫酸钠溶液浓度对硫酸根离子在混凝土内传输的影响规律。结果表明:在相同侵蚀龄期下,硫酸根离子含量随深度的增加而不断减小;混凝土受侵蚀深度及硫酸根离子含量与硫酸钠溶液浓度、侵蚀龄期具有较为复杂的相关性,低浓度溶液使混凝土受侵蚀深度较大但硫酸根离子含量较低,高浓度溶液使混凝土受侵蚀深度较小但硫酸根离子含量较高;侵蚀龄期达到360d以后,混凝土表层出现剥落现象,剥落深度随溶液浓度增大而增加并导致影响深度范围内的硫酸根离子含量降低。 The paper conducts chemical analysis of extracted cement powder sample through core drilling,stratified cutting and scouring,putting concrete specimen into sodium sulphate solution based on a certain period then air-drying for forming the cycle of dry and wet,tests the ion content of sulphuric acid radical in concrete of different length of time and different depth and studies the law of influence of different solution concentration of sodium sulphate and different erosion time to the ion transmission of sulphuric acid radical in concrete.The outcomes show that a) the ion content of sulphuric acid radical decreases continuously with the increase of depth under the same erosion period;b) concrete has complicated relativity affected by the depth of erosion,ion content of sulphuric acid radical and concentration of sodium sulphate solution and erosion time.Low concentration solution makes concrete greater depth of erosion while lower ion content of sulphuric acid radical.High concentration solution makes concrete smaller depth of erosion while higher ion content of sulphuric acid radical and;c) when erosion time is greater than 360 days,the surface of concrete peels off.The depth of denudation increases with the increase of solution concentration,resulting in decrease of ion content of sulphuric acid radical which affects the scope of depth.
