应用钩钢板治疗下胫腓关节分离的疗效分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胫腓联合钩钢板治疗腓骨中下段骨折合并下胫腓关节分离方法和疗效。方法对144例腓骨中下段骨折合并下胫腓关节分离患者,使用胫腓联合钩钢板联合治疗。结果240例患者随访时间6～24个月,疗效评定标准根据改良Mazur评价标准,治疗组术后评定优128例,良16例,无下胫腓韧带分离,钩未断裂,无关节内感染。结论胫腓联合钩钢板是将胫腓骨在下胫腓联合处给予弹性固定,符合下胫腓关节生物力学,操作简单,固定可靠,是腓骨中下段骨折并下胫腓关节分离最佳手术方法。
