摘要
分析了我国东南沿海福建地区典型低层民居在台风下的破坏机理,提出了低层民居的主要破坏模式包括:屋面及屋架结构破坏模式、外墙墙体破坏模式、门窗破坏模式等,采用蒙特卡罗法分析了结构抗台风可靠度,初步探讨了低层民居各部位在不同台风年极值风速及风向下的失效概率,分析结果显示低层民居的主体结构如屋架、柱等在台风下具有较高的可靠度,破坏主要集中在屋面瓦、外墙及门窗上,上述研究为低层民居抗台风设计及台风风灾危险性分析提供了依据。
The wind-induced damage mechanism of low-rise residential buildings in the southern-east coast of China is investigated. The major damage modes are roof decking and roof structural damage mode, exterior wall damage mode, exterior windows and doors damage mode et al.. By applying the Monte-Carlo simulating method, the typhoon-related reliability of typical residential buildings in Fujian province is analyzed. The numerical analysis results show that the reliability of the main structure of low-rise buildings is high while the roof decking, exterior wall. doors and windows have larger failure probabilities.
