文章介绍了NE564的内部结构、电路特性及使用注意事项,用它构成了调频信号解调器、多路锁相倍频器及移频键控解调电路。
NE564 is up to 50MHz operating frequency of the ultra--high frequency monolithically integrated phase--locked loop chip generic,in communications with a wide range of uses. In this article, details of NE564 posed by the FM demodulator, multi--frequency multiplier, and FSK demodulator circuit.
