摘要
目的：探讨儿童是否存在泪液分泌问题及其特点。方法：对2007年48月来我院眼科门诊就诊的儿童患者76例分成实验组和对照组进行指标比较和统计学分析。结果：干眼患儿的泪液分泌试验及泪膜破裂时间均与正常儿童有差异。结论：儿童确实存在泪液分泌问题,儿童干眼确实存在。
Objective：To discuss the tear secretion and its peculiarity in children.Methods： 76 cases children patients visiting eye clinic of our hospital from 2007.April to August were divided into experiment and control group,then comparing index and statistics analysis was done.Results： Tear secretion in children with dry eye tear film bread up time test machina with the normal children were very significant differences. Conclusion： The problem of tear secretion in children is exist exactly.dry eye in children is really existed.
