摘要
目的:了解闵行区副溶血性弧菌食物中毒事件分离株的主要流行血清型和相关生物学特征。方法:对检出的副溶血性弧菌采用血清凝集试验进行血清分型;采用平皿法进行耐药性检测;用PCR扩增法检测菌株的毒力基因(tdh,trh)。结果:在检出的56株副溶血性弧菌中,腹泻肛拭来源有54株,其中tdh阳性trh阴性的O3:K6型菌株有49株;tdh阳性trh阴性的O4:K8、O1:K25型菌株各2株。食品留样分离株共2株,1株血清型为O1:K56,另一株不能分型,tdh和trh都为阴性。药敏结果显示,对青霉素类抗生素大部分或完全耐药,对氨基糖甙类、喹诺酮类、磺胺类高度敏感。结论:引起闵行区副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的菌株以携带tdh基因的O3:K6型菌株为主。
Objective:To investigate the main epidemic strain type and correlative biological characteristics of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from food poisoning.Methods:The isolated strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were subjected to serotype using serum agglutination test,and adopting flat method to do the resistance detection.Meanwhile,adopting PCR to detect the tdh and trh.Results:In 56 strains,that were 54 strains from patients.O3:K6,O4:K8 and O1:K25 with tdh positive and trh negative were 49,2 and 2 strains.The two Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated from food remains were different,one of 2007 with tdh negative and trh negative was O1:K56,one of 2008 with tdh negative and trh negative was not able to be serotyped.The 56 strains show large proportion or all resistance to Penicillins,show sensitive to Aminoglycoside,Quinolones and Sulfonamides.Conclusion:The Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated from food-poisoning are mainly O3:K6 with tdh gene in Minghang district.
