摘要
目的:建立汽车喷漆工作场所空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯气相色谱同时测定方法。方法:采用活性炭管吸附工作场所空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯,经二硫化碳解吸后进样,2 m×4 mm的10%FFAP玻璃柱程序升温(初始温度55℃,保持2.5 min,以40℃/min升至100℃,保持6 min)分离,由FID检测。结果:丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、对、间-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯的保留时间分别为3.21、3.93、4.65、6.39、8.59、9.92 min;线性范围分别为10~1264μg/ml、0.4~2519μg/ml、0.9~35.1μg/ml、1.8~104μg/ml、4.9~521μg/ml(二甲苯);检出限分别为10、1.8、0.9、1.8、4.9μg/ml(二甲苯);相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9993、0.9992、0.9994、0.9995、0.9993。结论:该方法适合汽车喷漆工作场所空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acetone,ethyl acetate,benzene,toluene and xylene in the air of vehicle painting workplace by gas chromatography.Methods:Acetone,ethyl acetate,benzene,toluene and xylene in the air of workplace were collected with charcoal tube,then were injected after were desorbed with carbon disulfide,through 10% FFAP glass column(2 m×4 mm),primary temperature was 55℃ remain 2.5 minutes,elevate temperature to 100℃ at 40℃ per minute,remain 6 minutes.Results:Retention time of acetone,ethyl acetate,benzene,toluene,p,inter-Xylene and o-Xylene were 3.21,3.93,4.65,6.39,8.59 and 9.92 min.The linearity ranges were 10~1264 μg/ml,0.4~2519 μg/ml,0.9~35.1 μg/ml,1.8~104 μg/ml and 4.9~521 μg/ml(Xylene).The limits of detection were 10,1.8,0.9,1.8 and 4.9 μg/ml(Xylene).The coefficient of correlation were 0.9992,0.9993,0.9992,0.9994,0.9995 and 0.9993.Conclusion:The method is suitable to determine acetone,ethyl acetate,benzene,toluene and xylene in the air of vehicle painting workplace simultaneously.
