摘要
目的:了解本地区儿童体内微量元素的含量及其年龄分布特点。方法:对2008年上半年732名健康体检儿童血清中微量元素,采用QL800型原子吸收光谱仪测定血钙、锌、铁、铅、铜、镁的值。结果:732例中查出缺钙164例,占22.40%,缺锌158例,占21.58%,缺铁136例,占18.58%,轻度铅中毒272例,占37.16%。缺钙、缺锌、缺铁及铅中毒的发生与年龄及饮食结构有关。结论:通过微量元素的检测,并有针对性地进行补充和排毒,将大大有利于儿童的健康成长。
Objective:To determine trace elements in children and their age distribution.Methods:In 2008 on 732 healthy children,serum trace elements.QL800 using atomic absorption spectrometry determination of calcium,zinc,iron,lead,copper,magnesium values.Results:732 cases identified 164 cases of calcium deficiency,accounting for 22.40%,158 cases of zinc deficiency,accounting for 21.58%,136 cases of iron deficiency,accounting for 18.58%,272 cases of mild lead poisoning,accounting for 37.16%.Calcium deficiency,zinc deficiency,iron deficiency and lead poisoning occurs with age and diet-related.Conclusion:Detection of trace elements,and in a targeted manner to complement and detoxification,will greatly benefit the healthy development of children.
