中频退火装置在焊管生产线上的作用较大,其感应线圈对焊管焊缝的热处理效果除了取决于中频电源的设计外,还与感应线圈是否有效定位在焊缝处有着密切的关系。介绍了一种中频退火装置感应线圈定位和焊缝跟踪系统在宝山钢铁股份有限公司HFW焊管生产线上的应用情况,该系统的设备组成结构、工作原理和功能使用要点,以及该系统进行钢管焊缝跟踪和根据产品规格进行线圈定位调整的方法。实际应用表明,该系统应用效果良好,具有一定的推广价值。
The medium frequency annealing device plays a rather important role in the weld pipe operation line. The efficiency of weld seam heat treatment as produced by the induction coil of the said annealing device highly depends on not only the design of the medium frequency power supply, but also the effectively positioning of the coil in the weld seam area. Described here is an induction coil positioning and weld seam tracking system provided to the medium frequency annealing device as incorporated into the HFW pipe production line of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., covering such aspects as the operation result, equipment composition, working principle and functioning tips as well as how to use the system to track pipe weld seam and set position of the coil according to pipe size changes. The actual operation result shows that the said system is very effective, and worth spreading up to a certain extent.
