高速UWB信号功率放大电路的研究与实现 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了利用微波单片集成电路(MMIC)器件实现提高超宽带高速信号功率的两种电路。这两种功率放大电路分别采用TC3331和HMC327芯片实现。工作带宽分别为0.6GHz和1GHz,功率增益分别为+30dB和+20dB。文章分析讨论了电路原理与设计方法,实际测试结果显示这两种放大电路具有良好的功率放大效果,可分别应用于不同的通信场合,是适合超宽带通信系统的功率放大电路。 Two power amplifier circuit which can amplified high-speed UWB signal based on MMIC device was presented. The first circuit which is realized by TC3331 frequency range was 3.3-3.7GHz; power gain was +30dB .The second circuit which reality by HMC327 frequency range was 3-4GHz; power gain was +20dB. The design of the circuit was analyzed and discussed。 Measured results show that the effect is good. The circuits will find applications in UWB communications system.
