摘要
许多家族企业通过初期创业发展,现在进入再次创业阶段,但却面临创业者年龄老化等问题,同时由于传统的家族管理模式,使企业在接班传承时存在不少问题。接班人成为当前影响家族企业可持续发展的重要因素,家族企业必须从战略高度上培养优秀接班人,成功实现新老交替,才能实现企业的顺利发展。
Through the early stage of establishing a business, many family enterprises went onto establish a business again while there existed some problems in the inheritance of the enterprises because of the problems of the ageing of the entrepreneur and the traditional management mode. The problems of the successor became an important factor for the sustainable development of the enterprise. The family enterprises must cultivate excellent successor from strategic height to realize the alternation between the new and the old and the smooth development of the enterprise.
