OLED光电性能快速自动测量系统是对有机发光材料及结构选择的有力协助工具,根据光度学和微机自动控制理论,研究出一套测量OLED光电参数的自动测量系统,利用计算机进行面向对象编程可视化自动控制。详细介绍了系统的各个部分的原理、结构,系统设计完成后通过测试,能达到准确、自动、快速测量功能,并已经实际应用到多个研究单位,完成多种OLED材料的光电参数测量。
The measurement system of photoelectrical performance of OLED (Organic Light Emission Diode)is a powerful instrument for the development of organic light emission device. Based on Photometry and Auto-control principles,making good use of the advantages of Visual C ++ ,an automeasure system of photoelectrical performance for OLED is designed. The key principle,main framework and technology are discussed. After schemed,the system was used in several laboratories,made good result,got automatic accomplished and worked in high-speed. More development was indicated.
