摘要
在分析现有开放式数控系统实现技术之后,提出了一种基于Windows CE&DSP的开放式CNC实现方案。随后分析了该方案在软硬件方面对数控系统可重构性的贡献,并提出基于模型驱动的数控系统开发的方法,该方法极大的提高了开发的效率和减低开发成本。最后的测试实例表明了该方案的可行性。
After analyzing the traditional realization technologies of open CNC,a new solution based on Windows CE DSP was presented. Then the contribution for reconfiguration of CNC was analyzed from the hardware and soft architecture aspects,and a new methodology of CNC development based on model driven was proposed which can improve the development efficiency and decrease the cost. In the end a successful test example shows the feasibility of the solution.
