补肾活血方对抗磷脂抗体致妊娠丢失模型鼠的影响 被引量:4

The influence of decoction with function of nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow to model rat of fetal loss induced by APA

摘要 目的:探讨补肾活血方-丹寿汤对抗磷脂抗体致妊娠丢失的影响。方法:将100只10周受孕SD大鼠随机分为2组,每组又分补肾活血组(A)、补肾组(B)、活血组(C)、模型组(D)和空白孕鼠组(E),自孕1d起,A、B、C组分别予丹寿汤、补肾方、活血方灌胃,D、E组予生理盐水灌胃作对照,其间A、B、C、D组于孕8d、孕12d多部位皮下注射15mg/ml纯化后ACA蛋白液或LA蛋白液,E组皮下注射相应生理盐水,直至孕第15d处死取材。结果:与模型组相比,A、B、C组的胚胎吸收率、ACA、APTT水平均降低(P<0.01),胎盘病理现象有明显改善,A与C组的胚胎重量有明显增加(P<0.01,P<0.05),但均以补肾活血组效果显著(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方能明显降低APA水平,抵制胚胎吸收,增加胚胎重量,提高妊娠成功率。 Objective:To explore the influence ofDan Shou Tang to fetal loss induced by APA.Methods:One hundred of10-week pregnant SD rats were divided randomly into two groups, every group were divided randomly into nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow group A, nourishing kidney group B, promoting blood flow group C, group D-APS model group and group E--blank control group.From the first day ofpregnancy, the rats in group A were given Dan Shou Tang through intragastric administration;the rats in group B were given formula to nourish kidney and rats in group C were given formula to promote blood flow, while group D and group E, as the control were given the corresponding physiological brine through intragastric administration.Then on the eighth and the twelfth day ofpregnancy, all rats ofgroup A, B, C and D were given multi-site subcutaneous injecting ofpurified ACA-IgG or LA-IgG with a dosage of15mg/ml, fats ofgroup E were injected the corresponding physiological brine.On the 15th day ofpregnancy, the rats were killed for samples.Results:Compared with APS model group, fetal absorptivity, ACA and APTT level were dramatically decreased in group A, B and C(P〈0.01), and pathological observation ofplacenta showed obvious improvement;fetus weight was dramatically increased in group A andC,(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);Dan Shou Tang showed the most significant effect among group A , B and C(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The formula with function ofnourishing kidney and promoting blood flow has positive clinical efficacy in decreasing APA level, fetal absorptivity and increasing fetus weight and pregnancy chances.
