胃癌组织中Pin1和β-catenin的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌组织中Pin1与β-catenin的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:应用S-P免疫组化技术检测50例胃癌组织及30例正常胃组织(对照组)中Pin1、β-catenin蛋白的表达,分析两指标间相关性及其与胃癌临床病理学特征和转移的关系。结果:胃癌组织中Pin1与β-catenin的阳性率表达明显高于对照组,分别为24%,62%。Pin1与β-catenin在胃癌组织中的表达密切相关(r=0.51,P<0.01));Pin1异常表达与胃癌病理分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);β-catenin异常表达与病理分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Pin1与β-catenin胃癌组织中存在异常表达,且两指标间呈正相关,其阳性表达与胃癌病理分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性。Pin1与β-catenin有可能在胃癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,其阳性表达与胃癌侵袭转移有密切关系,并可能成为判断胃癌转移及预后的指标之一。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Pin l and β-catenin in gastric cancer and their relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods: Detect the expression of Pinlandβ-catenin proteins in 50 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues by immunohistochemistry, the relationships among Pinl,β- catenin expression and clinicopathological factors were analyses. Results: The positive rate of Pin1 and β-catenin was obviously higher in 50 cases of gastric cancer tissues than that in normal gastric tissues, was 24%,62% in gastric cancer tissues respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between Pinl and β-catenin in gastric cancer tissues (r= 0. 51P〈0.01). The abnormal expression of Pin1 was significantly related to pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0. 05) ; The aberrant expression of β- catenin had a correlative tendency with pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion: Pinl and β-catenin are aberrant expression in patients with gastric carcinoma and there is positive correlation with pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis . These findings suggeste that Pinland β-catenin may play important roles in gastric carcinoma tumorigenesis and development, the overexpression of Pinl and β-catenin could be an index for metastasis and prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
