摘要
以嵌入式Linux为操作系统,Qt/Embedded结合OpenGLES为图形用户界面,设计了一个应用于医学领域的,将细胞特征以三维数据点的形式显示在立体空间的小型系统。且该系统能根据细胞特征对细胞的癌变情况进行一定程度的辨别,以不同颜色的空间点的形式表示在显示区中。为数据的三维可视化提供了有效的解决方案。
Take embedded Linux as an operating system,taking Qt / Embedded combined with OpenGL ES as a graphical user interface,make a design used in the field of medicine, the characteristics of the cells in three-dimensional data in the form of three-dimensional displayed in a small space system. And the system according to characteristics of the cells can conduct a certain degree of identification abuout cancer cell with different color space in the form of points that are displayed in the district. Provided an effective solution for the three-dimensional visualization about data.
